باستخدامك لأداة ("الأداة")، إنت موافق على الشروط دي. لو مش موافق، متستخدمش الأداة.

الخلاصة: الأداة بتديك ملاحظات وتوصيات استرشادية بس. إنت المسؤول الوحيد عن أي قرار أو تعديل بتعمله في حساباتك بناءً عليها، ومفيش أي ضمان إن النتايج كاملة أو صحيحة 100%.

1. طبيعة الخدمة

  • الأداة بتحلل ملفات Export من Google Tag Manager وبتطلّع ملاحظات وتوصيات بشكل آلي.
  • النتايج استرشادية ومعلوماتية بس، ومش بتعتبر استشارة قانونية أو تقنية أو تسويقية أو مالية، ومش بديل عن مراجعة متخصص.
  • الأداة مش تابعة لـ Google ولا معتمدة منها. Google Tag Manager و Google Analytics وأي أسماء أو علامات تجارية تانية ملك أصحابها.

2. مفيش ضمانات

الأداة بتتقدّم "كما هي" و"حسب المتاح" من غير أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني، ومن ضمن ده: دقة النتايج أو اكتمالها، أو ملاءمتها لغرض معين، أو إن الخدمة هتشتغل من غير انقطاع أو أخطاء. ممكن الأداة متكتشفش مشاكل موجودة، أو تنبّه على حاجات مش مشاكل فعلًا.

3. مسؤوليتك

  • إنت المسؤول الوحيد عن أي تعديل بتعمله في Google Tag Manager أو أي منصة تانية بناءً على النتايج، ولازم تجرّبه (مثلًا في Preview mode) قبل ما تنشره.
  • إنت بتأكد إن عندك الحق والصلاحية إنك تفحص أي كونتينر بترفعه، وإن رفعه مش بيخالف أي اتفاق أو قانون.
  • إنت المسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة السر بتاعة حسابك.
  • ممنوع استخدام الأداة بشكل مسيء: محاولة اختراقها، أو إرسال طلبات كتير آليًا، أو استخدامها في أي غرض مخالف للقانون.

4. حدود المسؤولية

في حدود أقصى ما يسمح بيه القانون، وأصحابها والعاملين فيها مش مسؤولين عن أي ضرر مباشر أو غير مباشر أو عرضي أو تبعي، ومن ضمن ده على سبيل المثال:

  • فقدان بيانات أو أرقام قياس أو تتبع.
  • خسارة مبيعات أو أرباح أو ميزانية إعلانات.
  • إيقاف أو تقييد أي حساب على Google أو Meta أو أي منصة تانية.
  • أي مخالفة لقوانين أو سياسات الخصوصية في الموقع أو الحسابات بتاعتك.
  • أي ضرر ناتج عن تطبيق التوصيات، أو عن عدم تطبيقها، أو عن انقطاع الخدمة.

وده حتى لو كنا اتبلّغنا باحتمال حصول الضرر ده. وفي كل الأحوال، أقصى مسؤولية علينا مقدارها المبلغ اللي دفعته لنا مقابل الخدمة خلال الـ 12 شهر اللي فاتوا، ولو الخدمة مجانية فمقدارها صفر.

5. التعويض

إنت موافق إنك تعوّضنا وتحمينا من أي مطالبة أو خسارة أو مصاريف (ومن ضمنها أتعاب المحاماة) ناتجة عن استخدامك للأداة، أو عن مخالفتك للشروط دي، أو عن رفعك لكونتينر معندكش صلاحية عليه.

6. خدمات الإصلاح والاستشارات

الفحص والتقرير وخطوات الحل مجانية. خدمة الإصلاح عن طريق فورم "اطلب مساعدة" خدمة إضافية مدفوعة واختيارية، وبيقدمها مختصين في Google Tag Manager ممكن يكونوا مستقلين عننا. إرسال الطلب هو طلب تواصل بس ومش التزام بأي خدمة، وأي شغل مدفوع بيكون له اتفاق منفصل بينك وبين مقدم الخدمة.

7. تعديل الخدمة أو الشروط

ممكن نعدّل الأداة أو نوقفها أو نغيّر الشروط دي في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام الأداة بعد التعديل معناه إنك موافق على الشروط الجديدة.

8. القانون المطبق

الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين [الدولة]، وأي نزاع بيكون من اختصاص محاكم [المدينة].

By using (the "Tool") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

In short: the Tool gives automated, informational recommendations only. You are solely responsible for any decision or change you make based on them, and we do not guarantee the results are complete or correct.

1. Nature of the service

  • The Tool analyzes Google Tag Manager export files and produces automated findings and recommendations.
  • Results are for informational purposes only and are not legal, technical, marketing or financial advice, nor a substitute for professional review.
  • The Tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and other names and trademarks belong to their owners.

2. No warranties

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. The Tool may miss real issues or flag things that are not issues.

3. Your responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for any change you make in Google Tag Manager or any other platform based on the results, and should test it (e.g. in Preview mode) before publishing.
  • You confirm you have the right and authorization to audit any container you upload, and that doing so does not breach any agreement or law.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
  • You may not misuse the Tool, including attempting to breach it, sending automated bulk requests, or using it for unlawful purposes.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, , its owners and staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of data, measurement or tracking.
  • Lost sales, profits or advertising budget.
  • Suspension or restriction of any Google, Meta or other platform account.
  • Any breach of privacy laws or policies on your website or accounts.
  • Any damage resulting from applying, or not applying, the recommendations, or from service interruptions.

This applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damage. In all cases our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months, which is zero for free use.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Tool, your breach of these terms, or your upload of a container you are not authorized to audit.

6. Fix and consulting services

The audit, report and fix steps are free. Fix services requested through the "Get help" form are an optional paid add-on provided by Google Tag Manager specialists, who may be independent from us. Submitting the form is a contact request only and creates no obligation; any paid work is governed by a separate agreement between you and the service provider.

7. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Tool or change these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country], and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of [City].
